Course Policies

Your success with voice restoration starts here! We want you to have an experience like we have had helping people regain the ability to speak after total larygnectomy. Familiarize yourself with the course policies in this section to ensure a smooth start to your voice restoration journey.

General

This course is an online offering which provides the convenience of participating wherever you are and whenever you have the time! 

The course registration fee is $350 per person. Ordering this training gives you 24/7 access to all three sessions for 1 full year. Payment can be made with a Credit/Debit card or with PayPal on the Order Training page.

If academic programs would like to use this content in their program curriculum, please contact us for information regarding licensing.

These training videos represent a significant investment from the creators. Registration for the course provides you with access to course material on the device you used to register for the course. If you need to expand this access to other devices, contact us. Please be aware that sharing your ticket information with another individual is a breach of course policy and copyright which will disqualify you from course completion and could result in legal action.

Course Completion

Each participant must purchase the course and view the content in its entirety as well as complete the Course Examination and Course Evaluation forms to qualify for course completion. See the ASHA CEUs page for more information on earning ASHA CEUs for this course.

Course Examination and Evaluation forms can be found on the bottom of the Order Training page as well as the ASHA CEUs information page.

Completion of a written Course Examination at 80% or greater is required for course completion and consideration for ASHA CEUs. If a passing grade is not met, retakes are available for $25 each. Contact us to arrange for course examination retakes as needed. This examination is a written examination focusing on ensuring that the participant has achieved the learning objectives found in the Course Info section.

All participants that meet the course completion requirements will be issued a course completion certificate.

No partial credit will be issued.

Cancellations

Registration is completed at the Order Training section of this website with a non-refundable course fee of $350 USD due at the time of registration. No refund will be issued if the participant fails to complete the course either in full or in part including failing to achieve a passing grade on the Course Examination.

If the provider needs to cancel a course, all course participants who have currently registered for the online course will be allowed to complete the course offering, but no further registration will be allowed for the canceled course.

Accommodations

Please contact us at least 14 days prior to starting the course to discuss any accommodations that might need to be made.

Complaints

We want to meet your voice restoration training needs and have put a lot of effort into this training. However, if you experience any issues with the course, please contact us up to 30 days after course purchase for resolution.
